Policy Advisory Council

Policy Advisory Council’s Role

The Policy Advisory Council provides advice on emerging policy issues and support the policy development of CHILD.

It is currently chaired by Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, Minister of State, Ministry of Health (MOH) & Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI).

The Council consist of the following representatives:

Ms Ang Bee Lian, Senior Director, Professional and Corporate Development Group and Director-General of Social Welfare, Ministry of Social and Family Development, (MSF)
Ms Delia Teo, Director, Population Health Division, Planning Group, Ministry of Health (MOH)
Dr William Lim, Divisional Director, Planning Division, Ministry of Education (MOE)
Ms Ng Mie Ling, Assistant Chief Executive Director, Early Childhood Development Agency (EDCA)
Ms Vasuki Utravathy, Director, School Health & Outreach Division, Health Promotion Board (HPB)
